When Is The Best Time To Take The Acai Berry Pills?


I just received my acai berry pills today along with starting my gym membership. these pills claim to give energy as well as help lose weight. I’m doing my best to eat better as well. I have a problem with not eating much… ever. so my metabolism isn’t very good. My question is… Is it best to take the pills before I go to the gym? and I’m supposed to take 1-2 a day, is it okay to take both at one time? or do I need to spread them out?

    i take mine as soon as i wake up…and then i wait until i go to bed and take another one…mine says to take twice a day so i wait every twelve hours and take mine. 6 in the morning and 6 at night on weekdays…and 10 in the morning and 10 at night on the weekends. but i just started taking them yesterday.

    Take them before the gym so you have more energy to work out more. For your diet, try to eat 5-6 smaller, healthier meals a day (lean meats fruits and veggies) .

    It doesn’t really matter. It’s a natural product, so it’s pretty safe. Take it whenever it suits you.
