What kind of results are you hoping for? If you are trying to lose weight then diet Pills are not the answer. There is only one way to lose weight- diet + exercise.
If you waste your money on diet Pills, the only thing that will be lighter at the end of it is your purse. Also I have read quite a bit about them and I haven’t seen any evidence to show how it can actually aid weight loss with diet and exercise.
