I seem to remember reading that the dosage should be 200 mg. and I have not heard of any side effects, however I have not tried this product. I suppose a higher dosage would also be good.
I thought about using Acai but when I read the label it’s first ingredient was corn starch, used as a filler, and I did not want to take that.
It is good in its place but in a weight loss product, who needs it???
