It sounds like you are trying to lose weight by going on a diet which includes pills made from acai berries…… i would advise against it: most likely to be a waste of time and money. Yes, acai berries are nutritious but i sincerely doubt that they are much specific help in losing weight: it is best to eat the berries themselves - dried i guess, since the fresh berries are not very available: you will bet much more nutrition than by eating them in a pill form.
As for the losing weight part, just eat a well balanced, high-nutrient value diet low in fats, VERY low in junk food or processed food of any kind, whole grains, natural foods, etc. - and do not snack at all: drink much more water than you are used to drinking, and that will not only give you more energy but will help take care of hungry feelings between meals. Of course get lots of exercise, both aerobic and muscle-building (muscles use up far more energy than fat does, even when they are not being used). Don’t worry about “bulking up”… this is a LOT more difficult than most people think it is, and can’t be done without really going at it hard. // Finally, get enough sleep: most folks need 7 to 8 hours each night even if they think they don’t. Too little sleep will result in low energy levels which mean you don’t move as quickly and don’t feel much like exercising.
Special “diets” that you go on for a while in order to lose weight and inches, hardly ever work - you can’t stay on them forever very easily, and when you revert to your previous patterns of eating, you’ll just pack the weight on again - Oprah herself is a great example of this: it’s called “yo-yo dieting”: up down up down. The only way to KEEP the weight off in a healthy way, is to adopt permanent, healthy patterns of eating, exercising and sleeping.
I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.
However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace.com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well good luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
I tried them. I had a couple good bowl movements. That’s all. I didn’t lose any more weight or inches than I did before I took them. I got excited because of what I saw on tv. Rachel Ray and Oprah raved about it. After I used it with no good results I read that it was indeed a scam. Not only did I not lose weight I didn’t see any improvements in my skin or hair or health. I hope it works better for you.
I’ ve been tempted to try them but I have a close friend that they do not work as well for. But those types of pills leave your stomach in the toilet after you eat anyways so why bother cause let me tell you if your out for dinner it’s gonna be pretty embarissing when you have to use the toilet. But I usually do ALOT of sit ups and it keeps me all nice and I have such a slow matabolism.
I heard that stuffed worked really well, but beware of scammers there’s alot of them out there. Try vitacost.com
