Dose Acai Berry Supplement And Colon Cleanser Supplement Work?

I really don’t know how i can emphasize this enough but if you are looking for a great acai berry supplement and colon cleanser look for the ones with the least publicity and ads all over them. I hope you are looking to use them because you are already trying to eat and live really well and this is just that….. supplementation. I did a colon cleanse years ago from drnatura.com. Totally legit stuff. I pooped stuff i can’t even discuss here. I never felt or looked better in my life. cleaned my colon out totally. it’s all natural. the website has thousands upon thousands of testimonials. the product speaks/works for itself. there’s no hype/spam around it. so many of my friends and family have used it and felt better. wish they would cut me a check. as for the acai…. please go to amazonthunder.com. they are legit/organic and it’s non ultra processed acai. it won’t taste like sugar like the other hyped/spammed kinds. it’s the real deal. these products aren’t cheap but they should be used as just supplements to an already healthy lifestyle. not as a quick way to lose weight. good luck!!!!

Acai Berry is largely a scam, they are not as potent as suggested and antioxidants are seriously overrated.http://skepticdoc.com/?p=69
“As of March 2009, there are no controlled studies backing up any of these claims. According to ABC News correspondent Susan Donaldson, these products have not been evaluated (in the United States) by the FDA, and their efficacy is questionable. In late 2008, lawyers for The Oprah Winfrey Show began investigating alleged statements from supplement manufacturers who suggested that frequent Oprah guest Dr. Mehmet Oz had recommended their product or açai in general for weight loss.”http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acai_berry#…
Colon cleansing is an outright scam. There is no benefit in colon cleansing. Your colon is clean. Colon cleansing can be dangerous.
    From Wiki:
“No scientific evidence supports the alleged benefits of colon cleansing. The bowel itself is not dirty and barring drugs or disease, cleans itself naturally without need for assistance. Some types of colon cleansing present potential hazards; the equipment used during colon cleansing has caused damage to the rectum in a small number of individuals, and caused amoebiasis when improperly sterilized. Certain enema preparations have been associated with heart attacks and electrolyte imbalances. Frequent colon cleansing may interfere with the proper functioning of the colon and can lead to dependence on laxatives or enemas to defecate. Some herbs used may also interact with or reduce the effectiveness of prescription drugs.”http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colon_clean…
There are many scams in alt med, detox is another. Ask any proponent of detox what toxins exactly are being removed and they won’t be able to tell you.
“It’s an irrational concept, yet an intriguing idea, that modern life so fills us with poisons from polluted air and food additives that we need to be periodically “cleaned out” (”detoxified”). Never mind that natural chemicals in our foods are thousands of times more potent than additives, or that most Americans are healthier, live longer, and can choose from the most healthful food supply ever available.” — Frances M. Berg, M.S.
“Real detoxification of foreign substances takes place in the liver, which modifies their chemical structure so they can be excreted by the kidneys which filter them from the blood into the urine.” –Stephen Barrett, M.D.
“Toxin” is classic pseudoscience terminology.” –Ben Goldacre, M.D.
“…these detox programs amount to a large quantity of excrement, both literally and figuratively.” –Peter Pressman, M.D.
If weight loss is your goal, the only real method is to eat less, mainly plant food, and exercise more. Good luck.

Don’t waste your money. Do not fry anything. Cook and eat everything you can with extra virgin olive oil. I pan fry chicken breasts with it, pour it on a salad. It is very healthy in lots of ways including making you extremely regular.

Acai Berry is very good for you, although I’m not sure about a supplement but I regularly drink Acai juice while away at college and I hardly ever get sick, its a very strong antioxidant.

No, why do you think there is so much spam ads on them? People hate them, and it does not work. No diet pills work, they vary on the person. Do something natural and lose weight healthily.

I saw a show and it said if you could eat them fresh and eat a lot of them in one sitting they may help some but that the pills were a rip off.
