I have found that the best way to lose weight its to drink lots of water, at least 8 glasses a day. Cut out pop, juices anything that’s not water its just a waste of calories. Also, eat every 2-3 hours. Not big meals but smaller meals instead of just 3 big meals a day. This will increase you metabolism, along with drinking the water. Eat lots of whole grains, whole grains help with weight loss. I guess you can use acai berry too, but just that alone is not going to help you lose weight. Also make sure you don’t go over you calorie limit for the day. Exercise will help, but if your not into exercising, just try walking more like take the steps instead of the elevator and things like that. These little things will make you lose weight quick. I just started doing these things to lose weight and i weighed 127lbs 2 weeks ago and now I weigh 123lbs so it does work!

Yes, my mother uses this and it is proven to work. There are multiple acai berry programs out there. Just go on a program you know is credited and follow EVERYTHING it tells you. If you follow it correctly and use all of the ingredients listed in the program you choose, you should see a loss of weight. This will cost money though, to let you know.

I’d say, go to your doctor and ask. She/he’ll tell you if you can or not. I’m sure they can let you know the side effects and such. Britney Spears said it works amazing and such… But it’s the same girl who said Bush was the best president we’ve ever had. So, I’d say be careful. Look up more on it. I’ve tried hydroxycut and I was always anxious. So, either consult with your doctor or look up more on it. :) Good luck!

If you are really looking to lose weight, Acai probably isn’t enough just by itself.
It’s a very healthy food, high in vitamins and anti-oxidants, but those won’t really result in weight loss.

You’re only 14, get up and exercise, don’t try relying on magical potions.
Obviously these products don’t work! If they did America wouldn’t be one of the most obese nations in the world! Ding, ding.

It will make your wallet lighter when you spend money on a useless product.
Reducing your caloric intake and exercising make you lose weight.
