Acai Berry Products Question?
I just bought an Acai Berry energy plus powder to add to bottled water? Has anyone tried this, does it help with weight loss? What acai berry products work the best and/or are easy to find? I really want to lose some weight and I’ve heard great things about this product. I do exercise regularly, pilates, dancing, horse back riding and barn chores but not much has helped. I’m not fat but losing a few inches would be nice. Any other suggestions are also appreciated. Thanks!

The only thing I’ve seen in regards to the acai berry is from gimmickly looking advertisements. Well, the other day when we were getting frozen fruit at Whole Foods, I saw a bag of the frozen berries.
Personally, I just think that the gimmick diet industry found something exotic-sounding with a few good properties (all berries are great and healthy and delicious), and ran with it. (Look at some of the ads trying to pass themselves off as answers here. They make it sound miraculous.)
