I have been using the acai berry supplements for a few months and found that they really helped, like yourself I only really needed to shed the last little of weight.
I only needed to lose 15lbs but I also coupled these supplements with some diet and exercise. I knew diet and exercise alone would help me but I needed something to help me with my mid afternoon snacking urges..this is where I found the acai berry helped me.
It helped to curbe those mid afternoon urges which meant when I went jogging later that night I wasn’t just jogging to work off that bag of doritios I was actually working off the weight I wanted..
After a couple months I now longer needed the supplements and could manage my weight easier..but as far as which one should you take honestly my opinion is I don’t think it ultimately matters, either would work.

Acai berry works but what no one will tell you is that you have to use the right kind or you will get NO benefits. There have been several studies done that show that most of the products being pushed online don’t work at all.
There is a site where some ladies got together and tested 20 of the ‘free trial’ offers that you see everywhere and they disclose exactly what worked (only 3 really work!!!!) and what didn’t.

It doesn’t work. My aunt did not see any results. If you want to lose the weight fast, I suggest you use proactol. My mom and aunt swear on it. A week after they started using it, we all noticed their rapid weight loss. As soon as I get my next pay check…I’m buying some lol.
